5. Rewards for users who experienced the following errors
◇ On the error that occurred in May 25th, 2021
We have identified that 2030 users who already have the playable character "Onisaki Kirara" weren't able to obtain the "Voucher: Team Battle Character" item, which was the reward for participating in the Team Battle event on May 25th, 2021.
Therefore, we have deleted the item for users who have experienced this error and will compensate them with the following:
- Gems × 1,200
◇ On the error that occurred in September 27th, 2021
We have noticed that an unreceivable item is displayed in the mailbox for 1,837 users who have logged in the game between the time period of 11:00 to 11:10, September 27th, 2021 (UTC).
During the maintenance, the item was deleted, and users who experienced the error have been compensated with the following rewards.
- SR Gacha ticket x 1
- AP Potion x 1
