[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Unable to Purchase Supporter in the VR Shop

Greetings Commanders.
We have identified the following issue after the update on July 22nd, 2025.
1. An issue where the supporter '[Divine Tree] Eleonor' was not purchasable in the VR Shop
We have identified the cause of the issue and reset the availability of accounts that weren't eligible for the supporter when they hadn't purchased it yet.
If the reset hasn't applied, please restart the game.
