Adjusted the balance of "Momochi Nagi, Onisaki Kirara, and Mizuki Yukikaze" as follows:
- Added unique skills to the characters.
└ Unique Skill for Momochi Nagi:
Increase damage of melee attacks by 20%
Increase critical rate of ranged attacks by 20%
When Nagi's HP drops to 50% or below, uses a Clone Technique that replicates the form and techniques of her father, Momochi Toyo.
(Clone remains for 30 seconds, cooldown time 30 seconds)
While near the Clone, allies' ATK increases by 20%, and 3% of lost HP is recovered every second.
└ Unique Skill for Onisaki Kirara:
Deals an additional 10% damage to enemies in the Freeze state.
When attacking enemies in the Freeze state, deals additional damage to nearby enemies and reduces the speed of enemies hit by the additional damage by 20% for 5 seconds
When paired with Ragnarok, the effect of Kirara's and Ragnarok's unique skills is doubled.
└ Unique Skill for Mizuki Yukikaze:
Normal attacks fire a powerful electric shot at a 10% chance.
Critical hits generate Electric Particles. At 30 stacks, normal attacks fire a powerful electric shot for 5 seconds at a 100% chance; gains Super Armor.
However, if a powerful electric shot is fired before the 30 stacks, the Electric Particles stacks reset, and damage increases by 10% per each stack.
1-4. Balance Adjustments for Playable Characters
- The cooldown time for Mizuki Yukikaze's skill, "Raiun", "Shinden", "Raimei" has been reduced.
└ Raiun: 14 seconds ▶ 12 seconds
└ Shinden: 15 seconds ▶ 13 seconds
└ Raimei: 16 seconds ▶ 14 seconds
- The slot effects of Mizuki Yukikaze's skill "Raigeki" have been changed as follows:
└ Set 1: Increase the speed of normal attacks by 5%
└ Set 2: Increase the speed of normal attacks by additional 10%
- The slot effect of Mizuki Yukikaze's skill "Spark" has been changed as follows, and 50% increase in slot effect range has been included in the base effect.
└ Protect Set 2: Increase the frequency of auto attack by 20%
- The slot effect of Mizuki Yukikaze's skill "Rakurai" has been changed as follows:
└ Suppress Set 2: Particle charge by 3% ▶ Electrocute the enemy for 7 seconds

9. Known Issue: Connection Error Due to Network Outage (Resolved)
On February 24th, 2026, 06:25 (UTC), some commanders experienced a connection error occurred for approximately two hours due to a server anomaly.
The issue has been resolved as of February 24th, 2026, 08:33 (UTC).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As compensation for the connection issue, we have distributed the following items to the players during the scheduled maintenance.
