[IMPORTANT] Known Issue: Exchange Facility & 1 Other

Greetings Commanders,
We've identified the following issue after the maintenance on November 4th, 2025.
1. The weapon Photon Rifle - Heimdall, which was scheduled to be included at a later date, could be seen in the Exchange List and was available from the Exchange Facility.
This issue has been addressed so that the item can no longer be acquired until its official release in the Exchange Facility.
This will also be fully removed in a future patch.
Please note that any items obtained prior to the official update may be retrieved without prior notice.
2. An abnormal screen appears when attempting to purchase Annerose from the Character Shop.
We are currently working to fix this issue. In the meantime, if you wish to purchase the character, please use the Package Shop instead.
